Another Authority to Report Government Corruption/Summary of My Work

I’ve posted many times about filing reports of government corruption to various authorities. Basically, whenever I see a claim that a particular branch of government handles such matters, I file a complaint with that agency.

The People’s Operation Restoration recently posted this to their Telegram Channel:

They will check it out and decide whether it’s prosecutable! There are no ramifications for tipping them off!

I Was Featured on the Uncensored Beat Podcast

Uncensored Beat had me on to talk about my campaign to have people call the State Senate daily to demand that the State Senate comply with state and federal laws. Since Wiener has been working unlawfully since 2019, they are required to immediately vacate Scott Wiener from office, void all his votes, and void all the legislation he authored, co-authored and sponsored.

The Restore Rebuild Podcast with Jacques Israel Had Me Back for a Follow Up Interview

In this 30-minute audio-only interview, we talked primarily about the public pressure campaign that I have launched to force the State Senate to comply with federal and state laws.

In the last podcast I did with Jacques, we talked about the Notice of Legal Violations that I had sent to the State Senate.

In this podcast, we talked about the next step that I’ve taken in the legal process: I’ve served the State Senate a Writ of Quo Warranto forcing Scott Wiener and the others working unlawfully without an oath to vacate their jobs, to void Weiner’s legislation (since he had no legal standing to make legislation) and to prosecute Wiener (working without an oath is a felony punishable with three years in prison). I also mentioned that the State of CA stopped issuing surety bonds when Reagan was governor, making the entire CA government illegitimate since then. Now I am asking people to call and demand that the State Senate comply with the laws.

Jacques and I also touched on corruption at the Franchise Tax Board (the bona-fide criminal schemes to overcharge taxpayers and the FTB executives working unlawfully without oaths). We talked a little bit about the resurrection of Constitutional Law (AKA Common Law or Law of the Land). And I shared my personal experience with a policy created by Kamala Harris when she was a prosecutor.

Update: Restore Rebuild had me back at the beginning of October for another interview about Step 3: the Certificate of Default and the petition I started to remove Wiener from office.

Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.

The State Senate Has Been Served a Second Legal Notice, Called a Writ of Quo Warranto, Which is an Order to Vacate Office

— Step 1 in the constitutional law (AKA Common Law or Law of the Land) legal process is to notify someone of a legal violation and to ask them to comply with the laws.

On July 12, 2024, I served the State Senate Committee and State Senate Human Resources a Notice of Legal Violations — Opportunity to Cure. In it, I informed the State Senate that Senator Scott Wiener and nineteen staffers were working unlawfully without current, properly executed oaths and without surety bonds, which are both required by law. Three more state senators had oaths, but not bonds. The people served had until July 26th to procure oaths and bonds for the people named and for themselves.

— Step 2 in the constitutional law legal process is that if they continue to break the laws, send an order that they stop breaking the laws. In this case, it means that all the people working unlawfully need to vacate their offices.

I Was Featured on the Restore Rebuild Podcast with Jacques Israel!

We discuss my efforts to hold the California government accountable to “we the people.” The summary is that it is up to each one of us to contact government agents to demand accountability — the only solution right now is enough public pressure to force the government’s hand.

The California State Senate Has Been Served a Notice of Legal Violations for Not Properly Issuing Oaths and Bonds

On Friday, July 12 at 9:03 am, the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the California State Senate Committee, along with two Human Resources executives, were each served a Notice of Legal Violations — Opportunity to Cure. This action was taken via Common Law, AKA Constitutional Law, not via statutory law.

In the notice, I listed the relevant state and federal laws regarding the administration/filing of oaths and bonds. Since the State Senate had redacted most of the oaths so there was no way to know if they were signed/witnessed, I also listed the laws that assert that we the people have a right to see unredacted oaths and bonds to ensure that our employees are working lawfully.

I documented that twenty (20) people are working for the State Senate Committee who do not have bonds or oaths that comply with the laws, including State Senator for the San Francisco Bay Area Scott Wiener. I documented another three (3) people who have proper oaths, but do not have bonds: State Senator Kelly Seyarto, State Senator Anna Caballero, and State Senator Maria Elena Durazo.

I’ve Sent More Complaints to Federal Regulators

September 2024 update: Apparently, you can also email Complaints to the military at saf.ighotline@us.af.mil

According to Bonds for the Win, government employees who are unlawfully working can be reported to three federal agencies. Allegedly, these agencies are working with the military to force the unlawful workers to resign. The agencies are:

It Appears That The State of California No Longer Issues Bonds on Employees, Making the Entire State Level Government Illegitimate!

OVERVIEW

It appears that, while Reagan was in office as Governor of California, the standard operating procedures of the California State Level government changed in ways which violate California Government Code Section 1450 – 1463 — issuing bonds.

Without bonds, the entire State Level Government of California is likely illegitimate. We the people have the power to remove them for working unlawfully. The question is, how do go about removing them all and replacing them?????? I have no clue, but I am searching for solutions.

DETAILS ON BONDS

According to both Federal and California law, bonds are supposed to be issued on every government employee. This is codified in California Government Code Section 1450 – 1463.

Per CGCS 1455, these bonds are supposed to be recorded with the Department of General Services (DGS) and filed in the Secretary of State’s office (SOS). Someone sent me Ronald Regan’s oaths and bond from when Reagan was governor. This person had gotten them from the SOS. Interestingly enough, a bond was issued on Ronald Reagan back in 1966. However, the SOS didn’t have a bond on file for 1971.

Seventh ORIM Claim Filed Against FTB Executives for Not Having Executed Oaths. Claim Also Filed with California Auditor’s Office

Quick background: Every government employee is required to take an Oath and to have an insurance policy or bond. ORIM is the insurance agency for State of California employees. For those of you who are looking to file your own claims, here is info on how to do so. Before you order an oath, check to see if I already have it posted. If you would like some models to follow, here is the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth claims that I’ve filed. .

This is my seventh Claim to ORIM, which was filed on September 23, 2023.

I also filed the claim with the California Auditor’s Office. I’ve sent a lot of claims to the California Auditor’s Office over the years re: FTB’s accounting fraud schemes, but I’ve mostly given up on the Auditor because it appears they didn’t do anything to stop the schemes.

However, I’d tried to turn these executives in to CALPers for pension fraud (since they were working fraudulently, that means their pensions need to be voided), and CALPers told me that the Auditor’s office was the proper jurisdiction for pension fraud investigations. Hence the claim with the Auditor.
