Quick Update on How to Hold Public Officials Accountable for Oath Violations

I wanted to let everyone know that there are at least three more avenues of accountability that can be pursued for oath violations:

  1. You can file a petition with the State Personnel Board, who can (at their discretion) make the unlawful government employees leave their position (via Statutory law):

2. You can file a request for a Writ of Quo Warranto with the Attorney General’s office (via statutory law).

3. The strategy that The People’s Operation Restoration is utilizing is A Writ of Quo Warranto via Common Law, which means serving the Writ as individual citizens, not via the Attorney General. The People’s Operation Restoration believes that once we collect enough of these, we can request that the military step in to remove the unlawful government employees from their posts.

All three of these are on my to-do list to file against the FTB executives and other government employees who do not have properly executed oaths. Unfortunately, life responsibilities have forced me to put this project on the back-burner, so I haven’t had a chance to get to any of them yet. If anyone wants to jump in and help me file these, I would be thrilled!

September 2024 update: Apparently, you can also file a complaint with the military by sending an email to saf.ighotline@us.af.mil.

Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.
