In this 45-minute audio-only podcast, we talked about a wide variety of topics, including removing Wiener from office, the fact that I’ve caught five more legislators working unlawfully without oaths, several concerning laws that have passed in recent years, and about “learned helpless syndrome” that most Americans seem to be suffering from.
Here are links to the various things we talked about:
The summary of the Certificate of Default (step 3 in common law) that was served on the State Senate re: Wiener and 20+ others working unlawfully without oaths and/or bonds. This post also has links to the document itself, as well as information on and links to the Notice of Legal Violations (step 1) and the Writ of Quo Warranto (step 2).
The petition to have Scott Wiener vacated from office (phone numbers at the bottom of this post).
The video that Lynley took of Scott Wiener’s staffer committing fraud (she drove to Sacramento to take it!).
The CA attorney-general’s office posted my and my husband’s social security numbers on the internet to retaliate against and harass us for exposing FTB’s corruption. When I filed a complaint, the BAR association stated that since there was a judge on the case, the BAR was absolved of oversight.
The California Franchise Tax Board’s (CA’s income tax agency) 8-schemes to overcharge taxpayers.
Confirmation from Secretary of State that Wiener still hadn’t signed an oath as of September 18, 2024, and that Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula, and State Senators Nancy Skinner, Steven Bradford, John Laird and Susan Talamontes Eggman don’t have current oaths, either.
All the oaths I have collected are here (I’m still working on scanning and uploading the last batch; they arrived in the mail on Sept 30 and there are a lot).
California is swearing in illegal aliens as police officers.
AB-1840, Joaquin Arambula’s bill to give down payments to illegal aliens. Note that Arambula does not have a current oath of office.
SB-1414, the bill to make child sex trafficking a felony, was gutted by the State Senate Public Safety Committee. Wiener, Bradford, and Skinner sat on that committee at the time, so 3/5 of the committee was working fraudulently.
AB-2223 was a bill to prohibit prosecuting women whose newborns died. In its original form, it “…allows a woman to sue any police department or legal authority which arrests or charges her for hurting or killing her child under provisions of the bill.” After huge push back, AB-2223 was modified to narrow the circumstances in which a woman could not be charged if her newborn died. The modified version passed.
AB-28 — the new 11% tax on guns and ammo — needed 2/3 to pass and no longer has 2/3 without Wiener’s vote. If the other fraudulent votes are voided, its nowhere close to 2/3.
ACA-1 — a law allowing local governments to impose special property taxes that are higher than the legal limits for “public infrastructure, affordable housing, including downpayment assistance, or permanent supportive housing, or the acquisition or lease of real property for those purposes.” This bill was co-authored by Wiener and Skinner and needed 2/3 to pass. Without Wiener’s vote, it no longer has 2/3. If the other fraudulent votes are voided, its nowhere close to 2/3.
AB-1955 — was co-authored by Laird, Wiener and Eggman Tallamantes. This bill specifically protects people who are sexually grooming children in schools. The bill prohibits schools “to disclose any information related to a pupils sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression (including parents)… The bill would prohibit employees or contractors of school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, or the state special schools, or members of the governing boards or bodies of those educational entities, from retaliating or taking adverse action against an employee on the basis that the employee supported a pupil in the exercise of specified rights, work activities, or providing certain instruction, as provided.”
The playbook that government agencies use to run their mafia monopoly.
Writ of Quo Warranto was filed against the Attorney General of Washington state.
More on Learned Helplessness Syndrome
The San Francisco gay choir released a threatening song saying “we’ll convert your children… we’re coming for them.” In the song, they alluded to showing kids things online that parents wouldn’t want them to see (sounds to me like they meant porn) and encouraging kids to do things that their parents wouldn’t approve of (which sounds to me like encouraging kids to cut off their genitals).

Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.
