Show Notes:
30 – 6:00 Recap of my government corruption fight – how I went from fighting against the California Franchise Tax Board to end schemes to overcharge taxpayers to fighting against the State Senate to have Scott Wiener vacated from office for working unlawfully without an oath.
00 — 7:30 — why Wiener was so bad that removing him was a priority, including authoring the smash and grab law that was just repealed by California voters, decriminalizing of crimes/reducing sentences, decriminalizing pedophilia, violating parental rights, pushing high density housing, and raising limits on property taxes — to name a few examples.
30 – 8:10 — utilized the three step common law process on the State Senate — Step 1: Notice of Legal Violations that Wiener was working unlawfully without an oath; Step 2: Writ of Quo Warranto, a notice that Wiener needed to sign an oath or vacate office; Step 3: Certificate of Default, Wiener was knowingly working unlawfully and subject to punishment. The State Senate protected Wiener by allowing him to continue working without a current oath.
10 – 8:45 — Started a petition so that there is a written ledger of people who oppose Wiener working unlawfully and want Wiener’s work voided. Also started a call-in campaign.
45 – 9:55 — State Senate responded to the petition by committing fraud and inadvertently admitted to violating laws.
55 – 10:52 — The 2025 – 2026 legislative session began on December 2; I made a request for oaths/bonds. The State Senate has not responded.
53 – 11:35 — The State Senate seems to be systemically violating the oath and bond laws (The State Senate is almost the bottom of the page, so keep scrolling to the bottom).
35 – 12:30 — Newsom called two special legislative sessions, one in December and one in January, to procure $50 million to fight Trump in court. I suspect the fear of Trump going after current and/or previous California State employees for lack of oaths may be a reason why it was so important that the money be appropriated before Trump took office. Working without an oath is the felony of fraudulently posing as a government agent — and there is no statute of limitations on fraud.
30 – 15:08 — I have been trying to get more information for years now on something that appears to be an off-the-books spending account administered by FTB (see item #1).
08 – 18:40 — FTB has been giving non-governmental organizations $20 million per year to find low income people, especially illegals, and convince them to file tax returns.
40 – 23:00 — specific example of FTB aggressive tactics to force people to file returns.
00 – 24:15 — The special legislative sessions to procure money to fight Trump in court happened while the fires in Los Angeles were burning. There was no money allotted for the fire cleanup/victims.
15 – 29:45 — Tools we constituents can utilize to fight government corruption: 1. Share information at public meetings so more people become aware; 2. Make legislative requests to hold our legislators accountable.
45 – 32: 25 — We talked about how out of control California’s government overreach has become. Jaques and Christi both suspect that the over-regulations are likely ploys to funnel money to specific groups, and that information about the money laundering will come out as a result of the LA fires. We talked about how all constituents need to be diligent about tracking money — we should all be making Public Records Requests re: spending in various areas.
25 – 33:10 – teaser for interview that Kat Espinda of One New Earth did with me.
10 – 36:02 We talked more about how California’s trying to expand government overreach to make all of California like San Francisco, and how Georgia doesn’t have such overreach issues. It is up to California constituents to rein in our politicians so that they are serving us constituents according to our will, instead of forcing policies on us that we don’t want.
03 – Closing: we talked about how to contact me, I encouraged others to push back against government corruption and tyranny, I requested that people sign and share the petition, and I encouraged people call the legislators to demand that Wiener’s work be voided.
