I come on at the 4-minute mark and we greet one another.
At 5:15, I give the background information about oath laws and explain why government employees choose not to take oaths.
At 6:30, I read the names of the legislators that the Secretary of State confirmed do not have a current oath on file for 2025 – 2026. Here are all of the oaths that I have collected. Scroll all the way down to nearly the bottom for the State Assembly and State Senate.
At 9:00, I talk about my next strategy: Since it is illegal to pay government employees who don’t have fully executed oaths, I plan to contact State Controller Malia Cohen to ask her to halt pay on these people and claw back funds already paid.
At 10:10, I mentioned that as the Chair of The Franchise Tax Board’s (FTB) Board of Directors, Malia Cohen is knowingly allowing the FTB to perpetrate crimes against her own constituents.
At 10:20, I mention that in 2023, 66% of The Franchise Tax Board’s executive legal staff did not have fully executed oaths on file. A few executives have left since then, but I haven’t been able to check the oaths of their replacements as FTB started unlawfully redacting oaths to hide whether they’ve been signed/witnessed or not.
At 14:45, we talk about how the only way to get remedy through the court system is by restoring constitutional law. National Liberty Alliance is suing to bring back constitutional law courts and restore the constitutional power of the sheriffs.
At 15:15, I talked about my case against FTB in San Diego Superior Court. While I am glad that I went through with that case because I was able to procure documents proving accounting fraud, I never got proper remedy from the court because the statutory law system is rigged to protect evildoers. I also mentioned that the judge threatened me to stop pursuing government corruption and that the Attorney General’s office published my and my husband’s social security numbers online to retaliate for exposing FTB’s accounting fraud. I forgot to mention that I later found out that I didn’t need to sue to get my records. It is required by law for FTB to give you your records upon request. Here are instructions on how to request your own data. To request general public records, you simply need to send an email to FTBDisclosureOffice@ftb.ca.gov.
At 20:12, we talked about Gilbert Hyatt, who moved from California to Nevada. However, FTB wanted him to continue paying income taxes to California and harassed him in many ways — including inappropriately sharing his social security number. Hyatt sued FTB and was awarded $388 million for harassment, but it was reduced to $50,000 on appeal.
At 24:12, I mentioned my campaign to remove Scott Wiener from office for knowingly and intentionally working without an oath from 2019 – 2024 and to have all of his legislative work over that period voided. (side note: Wiener did sign an oath for 2025 – 2026, but none of his staffers that I checked had a current oath). Charlee and I also talked about some of the legislature Wiener has introduced/altered that makes him appear to be evil incarnate.
At 26:30 we mentioned that the California legislators have a clear agenda to make the average person more easily exploited. Here is some information about the agenda we were referencing. We mentioned it again at 42:00.
At 27:15, I mentioned that during the Obama years, a government propaganda bill was passed and funded to pay the legacy media to report the way the government wanted them to report.
At 27:54, Charlee plays a video of the United Way of California bragging to FTB that they were able to increase the number of migrants that they signed up for Individual Tax Identification Numbers (ITINs) was up by 25%. She hinted that if FTB restored the funding, they could sign up even more migrants.
At 30:45, we talked about FTB’s “Education and Outreach Program,” where they pay NGOs to hunt down illegals and talk them into getting ITINs. The program began in 2018 and in 2023, they cut it from $20 million per year to $10.5 million per year.
At 32:45, Charlee says that FTB is dirty and needs to go. However, Malia Cohen states that FTB “is one of the most stellar organizations… It is the industry standard… ” Remember, she’s aware of and allowing FTB’s criminal schemes.
At 34:40, we talked about how California has set aside $50 million to fight Trump via the court system. It is framed as to protect migrants, but I believe it is to protect themselves from being prosecuted for treason for putting migrants over constituents and from prosecution for those working without an oath.
At 35:15 we talked about how back in 2016, I started making allegations that FTB was using gross incompetence as a cover for their bona fide criminal schemes. In March 2023, FTB admitted that it was falsely imposing penalties as a result of customer service failures. They gave themselves a $25 million budget increase to improve service. In June 2025, FTB disclosed that they were still having customer service failures.
At 41:30 we talked about how California was trying to destroy small businesses. The state gives sweetheart deals to its preferred businesses in order to give them an unfair advantage.
At 42:20, I mentioned that the homes that burned in Malibu are going to have to spend $3 – $5 million per lot to upgrade septic and sea walls prior to re-construction. These costs are not covered by insurance.
At 44:45, we talked about the lawsuit that Arizona filed against the CA FTB for unlawfully charging taxes to AZ residents and businesses. The case was dismissed without being heard.
Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.
