Uncensored Beat Had Me Back for a Follow Up Interview About Vacating Wiener From Office

In this 17-minute interview, I answer the questions that people usually ask about why oaths are important and why vacating Wiener from office is a viable avenue to void the bad legislative work that Wiener has pushed through.

In this 4.5 minute clip, I give clear instructions on who to call at the State Senate and what to say to them in order to pressure the State Senate into complying with the laws.

Here are links to the various things we talked about in the videos:

The petition demanding that the State Senate vacate Wiener from office and void his legislative work for knowingly working unlawfully without an oath.

The summary of the Certificate of Default (step 3 in common law) that was served on the State Senate re: Wiener and 20+ others working unlawfully without oaths and/or bonds. This post also has links to the document itself, as well as information on and links to the Notice of Legal Violations (step 1) and the Writ of Quo Warranto (step 2).

Confirmation from Secretary of State that Wiener still hadn’t signed an oath as of September 18, 2024, and that Assemblyman Joaquin Arambula, and State Senators Nancy Skinner, Steven Bradford, John Laird and Susan Talamontes Eggman don’t have current oaths, either.

Here is my full collection of Oaths. The oaths we talked about in this interview are listed under the sections titled California State Assemblymen, California State Senators, and California State Senate Staffers (AKA The Deep State). All three of these sections are close to the bottom of the page, so scroll way down.

Why are oaths important?

AB-1840, Joaquin Arambula’s bill to give down payments to illegal aliens. Note that Arambula does not have a current oath of office.

SB-1414, the bill to make child sex trafficking a felony, was gutted by the State Senate Public Safety Committee. Wiener, Bradford, and Skinner sat on that committee at the time, so 3/5 of the committee was working fraudulently.

AB-28 — the new 11% tax on guns and ammo — needed 2/3 to pass and no longer has 2/3 without Wiener’s vote. If the other fraudulent votes are voided, its nowhere close to 2/3.

ACA-1 — a law allowing local governments to impose special property taxes that are higher than the legal limits for “public infrastructure, affordable housing, including downpayment assistance, or permanent supportive housing, or the acquisition or lease of real property for those purposes.” This bill was co-authored by Wiener and Skinner and needed 2/3 to pass. Without Wiener’s vote, it no longer has 2/3. If the other fraudulent votes are voided, its nowhere close to 2/3.

AB-1955 — was co-authored by Laird, Wiener and Eggman Tallamantes. This bill specifically protects people who are sexually grooming children in schools. The bill prohibits schools “to disclose any information related to a pupils sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression (including parents)… The bill would prohibit employees or contractors of school districts, county offices of education, charter schools, or the state special schools, or members of the governing boards or bodies of those educational entities, from retaliating or taking adverse action against an employee on the basis that the employee supported a pupil in the exercise of specified rights, work activities, or providing certain instruction, as provided.”

How does Common Law (AKA Constitutional Law or Law of the Land) work?

Writ of Quo Warranto was filed against the Attorney General of Washington state.

Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.
