I’ve Sent More Complaints to Federal Regulators

According to Bonds for the Win, government employees who are unlawfully working can be reported to three federal agencies. Allegedly, these agencies are working with the military to force the unlawful workers to resign. The agencies are:

Office of Foreign Assets Control
U.S. Department of the Treasury
Treasury Annex / Freedman’s Bank Building
1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20220

Office of Inspector General/MAIL STOP 0305
Department of Homeland Security
245 Murray Lane SW
Washington, DC 20528-0305

U.S. Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration
J. Russell George
901 D Street, SW, Suite 600
Washington, D.C. 20024-2169

Last year, I sent a bunch of letters to the above agencies regarding fifteen people working unlawfully without properly executed oaths. As far as I can tell, nothing has happened as of yet, but I also know that bureaucracy is slow.

Since I still have hope that something will eventually happen with the federal regulators, I’ve sent three more letters so far this year:

  1. On January 23, 2024, I sent the regulators a letter that contained:
  • More information about former FTB Taxpayer Advocate, Susan Maples (evidences 1, 2, and 3 )
  • Provided the letters from the Department of General Services and the Secretary of State confirming that none of the people that I had inquired about had bonds on file in accordance with California Government Code Section 1450 – 1463 (evidences 4 and 5)
  • Per the Secretary of State, Jason Weisz has no oath on file for his current job as Deputy for State Senator Toni Atkins, nor did he have oaths filed for his previous job as a staffer for Assemblyman Christine Kehoe. He only has an oath filed for his side gig with the pharmacy board (evidence 5 and 6).
  • I stated that I believe the reason the Senate Committee redacted the signatures on the oath that they sent to me was to hide the fact that Mr. Weisz’s oath was not properly executed (evidence 7). I pointed out that the person who had made the unlawful redactions was Erika Contreras, who herself had issues with not keeping her oaths current and was working unlawfully for two years.

2. On February 28, 2024, I sent a letter to regulators, addressing the fact that the State of California has stopped issuing bonds in accordance with  California Government Code Section 1450 – 1463. This means that the entire California State Level government is illegitimate. The evidence that accompanied the letter is embedded in this post, which closely mirrors the letter.

3. On April 18, 2024, I sent a letter alerting the federal government that State Senator Scott Wiener and 19 State Senate Staffers were working unlawfully without properly executed oaths. I detailed:

  • The Senate Committee and State Senate Human Resources knew Doug Case did not have any oath on file. Per the Secretary of State, they didn’t have him sign one.

On January 19, 2024, I notified the Senate Committee and State Senate Human Resources that Vanessa Henderson’s oath was not subscribed (which means witnessed). Per the Secretary of State, they didn’t have her sign one.

  • As was detailed in the January 23, 2024 letter to federal regulators, the Senate Committee was aware of Mr. Weisz’s oath violations. I followed up numerous times with Atkins office, with the Senate Committee and with HR asking for proof that Mr. Weisz had filed a current oath. On January 23, 2024, Stephen Dehrer and Cara Jenkins from the Office of the Legislative Counsel sent letter fraudulently stating that oaths did not expire and were not required to be filed with the Secretary of State. I responded the same day, detailing the numerous violations committed by the Senate Committee. I also called and left messages for both Mr. Dehrer and Ms. Jenkins multiple times. Neither has responded.
  • On January 11, 2024, I notified every person at Scott Wiener’s office, the Senate Committee and the State Senate HR that Wiener was working unlawfully without a current oath. I followed up on January 12, 15 and 18. Per the SOS, as of March 27, 2024, Wiener still had not filed a current oath. It is important to note that Wiener is a lawyer; lawyers know better than anyone that the punishment for not taking an oath is less severe than the punishment for treason of oath. I believe Wiener’s refusal to take an oath indicates that he is aware that he is committing crimes against his constituents.
  • The oaths, which are exhibits 3 and 5 – 21 and 23 – 26 are uploaded here (scroll all the way to the bottom as the State Senate is the next to last agency listed). The November 1, 2023 letter from the SOS is exhibit 22. The March 27, 2024 letter from the SOS confirming the lack of oaths is exhibit 4.

Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.
