State Senator Toni Atkins and her deputy, Jason Weisz, are both working under expired oaths; the oaths were unlawfully redacted, so they may have never signed an oath.

UPDATE (February 2024): The Secretary of State confirmed that Atkins does have a valid oath filed and that Weisz does not.

FTB has a lot of high ranking staff without properly executed oaths.

FTB’s request for a budget increase of 25.23 million to improve customer service. This post discusses how FTB’s poor customer service leading to false imposition of penalties, fees, wage garnishments, bank levies and liens.

False imposition of penalties is nothing new. Government agencies are everywhere are doing it, and this post discusses the playbook that they all seem to be following.
