CharLee Simons had me back to talk about the $10-million program to hunt down illegals, FTB accounting fraud/Betty Yee, voiding bad legislation/oath update, Civil Grand Juries, legislative requests & more

Below are the show notes. I have a few more links to add, particularly with documents that I need to redact and upload. I won’t be able to finish it today, but I wanted to get this posted anyways since most of the links are already in place.

3:30 — Facebook psychological testing: This is an example of a psychology study done via Facebook that was published. Facebook had to pay a $725 million settlement to users for selling personal preference data to a company that made targeted political ads.

7:00 — Allegations that YouTube manipulates the algorithms to keep certain channels/content from getting many views: this article basically says that the Big Tech companies all say these claims are bogus, but does admit that the algorithms are opaque, so no one really knows for sure.

8:35 — Clip from Betty Yee’s speech where she talks about what happens in California spreads to the rest of the world.

9:15 — I believe that some people running California are demonic. For example, AG Rob Bonta and the majority of legislators supported AB-2223 — dubbed the Infanticide bill — to make it illegal to investigate the deaths of children 30-days or younger. Public outrage forced them to amend the bill to remove the clause. Satanists sacrifice babies in exchange for power and money — it’s the only reason I can think of for legislators not wanting baby deaths investigated.

10:50 — I believe that most illegal migrants don’t know that they’re voting. Covered California sends everyone a voter registration card. The registration cards have tracking numbers, so they know who didn’t send it back. There is no identity verification in the online registration system, so I believe someone registers, and then votes, on behalf of the people who didn’t return those cards.

12:00 — Details about the California Franchise Tax Board’s scheme to hunt down illegal aliens and sign them up for tax identification numbers and welfare benefits. As stated above, once they sign up for healthcare, they are sent a voter registration card.

13:00 – More information on the scheme to hunt down illegals. And yes, the program is still going on! See item 6.B.2. from the September 2025 FTB Board Meeting.

19:10 — In 2021, my district in San Diego (mint green) was gerrymandered to ensure Pacific Islanders/Asians/Middle Easterners had a more powerful voting block. In 2011, they’d moved my district farther east than it had been previously, but in 2021 they moved it so far east that it’s undeniable jerry-rigging.

21:20 — October 15 – December 31 is the time to make legislative requests. The earlier you get them in, the better. Tool to find your legislators.

21:20 — It is also time to apply to the Civil Grand Jury in many counties. General information is here. For training on how to fill out applications and work the grand jury system, contact Richard at The California Grand Jury Project.

30:20 — Republican Kelly Seyarto was one of the legislators who watered down SB-1414, the bill to make child sex trafficking a felony. Neither Kelly Seyarto nor Shannon Groves filed Oaths of Office with the SOS for the 2025 – 2026 legislative cycle.

30:45: I do not believe the legislators not filing oaths is an oversight. At the start of the legislative session, I sent out letters to many legislators, including people in Shannon Grove’s and Kelly Seyarto’s offices, reminding them that they needed to file oaths.

32:55 – Here is my write up on oath laws. Per Title 18 U.S.C. 912, anyone working for the government without an oath is considered a foreign agent posing as a government agent . Per Title 10 U.S. Code § 906 – Art. 106.,  impersonating a public official (a) shall be punished as a court-martial. The Attorney General, Rob Bonta, has sole purview to prosecute oath violations. Here is more information on oaths/bonds.

It is also illegal per California law to pay public officers and employees who have not followed the oath laws. My plan is to send State Controller Malia Cohen a request to stop paying everyone without oaths. However, just as Rob Bonta won’t stop the unlawful legislators, I doubt Malia Cohen will, either. She’s been on the FTB’s Board of Directors for seven years now and she hasn’t halted the criminal schemes. In September, I actually asked her to resign for being so corrupt.

37:25 — My Wiener Campaign — I thought it was hilarious to say it that way, but in all seriousness, it was a campaign to remove State Senator Scott Wiener from office and void his work for not filing an oath with the Secretary of State.

38:00 — AB 495 only required a majority vote. 29 state senators voted yes, so we would need to void 10 senate votes to end the majority. Votes that can be voided: McGuire, Caballero, Umberg, Padilla, Wahab, Rubio, Ashby, Menjivar, Durazo. So that is only 9, but I haven’t gotten oath information on everyone in the state senate yet. I’ve made an oath request for the rest of the legislators. I am certain there are more without oaths and we can void all these bad bills. ETA to hear back from SOS is 3-weeks. I will update when I hear from them.

44:22 — The speech I made at the September 8, 2025 board meeting asking FTB staff to stop complying with unlawful and unethical behavior.

46:00 — FTB’s bona fide criminal accounting fraud schemes to overcharge taxpayers

47:10 — This is the article I wrote exposing Betty Yee’s corruption while she was State Controller and since leaving office. Point #1 addresses the lawsuit to open the books, and I believe that part of the reason she refused was to cover up the off-the-books spending account.

54:20 — Common Law vs Statutory Law: Common Law was the law our founding fathers intended for people to use. There are no lawyers — the litigants use common sense arguments about right and wrong, moral vs immoral. Trials are always tried by jury (never a judge). Statutory Law was meant for corporations, not people. It relies on laws (AKA statues) that don’t reflect morality. How common law was phased out and statutory law imposed on people is a deep rabbit hole; it’s actually the same rabbit hole as to how personal income taxes were imposed.

56:20 — More on FTB rigging my OTA case: my student attorney’s brief that I rejected, my attorney fired me for wanting to address the accounting fraud and all my attempts to contact FTB, the Brief that I wrote, the Oral Arguments I made at the hearing, and the Accusation that I filed against FTB’s attorney Eric Yadao in the CA Supreme Court.

1:00:25 — The United Nations/World Economic Forum ideology: here is a 5-minute overview video and 1-hour, 40-minute documentary with details spelled out so concisely that the evil agenda cannot be denied. For those who prefer text, here is some information about the agenda we were referencing. Note that in the article I wrote about Betty Yee, the photo is of her at a UN event holding 5 signs, each listing a specific agenda item.

1:01:35 – I misspoke. I meant to say Betty Yee was State Controller; to clarify, she was never Secretary of State.

1:04:35 —  The first Betty Yee quote that I cited:

“This is a pause. Service will always be a part of my life… I particularly want to thank my husband Steven for…understanding the demands of politics…and understanding that my…commitment to service is really a 24/7 commitment…  And service is always going to be an order, so this is a pause…Relative to the State of California, and we are a model, and we are a leader, for not just for the rest of the nation, but the rest of the world.”

1:05:20 — The second quote I cited:

“I’m so happy to see the House today sent a bill to President Biden codify marriage equality as a federal law. You know, these are all things that California was a leader in and um I hope that we continue to look at how tax policy as something that really embodies you know what is uh should be reflective of what our society is about and how we embrace uh all that is good and valuable in our society.”

1:06:05 — The third quote I cited. Remember, she was talking to FTB, whose “product” is taxes.

“…probably needs to continue to do that at a quicker clip, whether it’s about uh just how we transact business, how we uh look at with respect to some of our other taxes, how we welcome new products into the marketplace…”

1:06:50: The fourth quote I cited. Remember, she was speaking to the FTB:

“The level of customer service that we provide at this organization is really one of the highest that I have ever seen and in fact, we’ve been the model for the IRS, so this is something…that I hope will continue to be a commitment for each and every one of us here…”

1:07:45 — When she was State Controller, Betty Yee’s husband, a rabbi, was involved in her work behind the scenes.

1:09:10 — My efforts to void Scott Wiener’s work for the 2023 – 2024 legislative session by utilizing Common Law: Step 1, Step 2, Step 3. It was a ton of work at the time, but now that the work is done, it should be easy to copy and make the minor changes needed to serve the rest of the legislators working unlawfully without oaths.
