We immediately launch into content with virtually no chit chat. I give a quick recap of what we’d discussed in the previous episode.
At 2:00, I read off the names of the legislators who do not have current oaths on file with the SOS. Here is a list of oath laws. In a nutshell, not swearing an oath is a penalty punishable with three years in prison. However, government employees will choose not to take oaths if they know they are going to be committing treason of oath, which has a more severe penalty. Here are all of the oaths that I have collected from CA state level government employees. Scroll all the way down to nearly the bottom for the State Assembly and State Senate.
At 3:40, I talk about my next strategy: Since it is illegal to pay government employees who don’t have fully executed oaths, I plan to contact State Controller Malia Cohen to ask her to halt pay on these people and claw back funds already paid.
At 4:35, I mention that in 2023, 66% of The Franchise Tax Board’s executive legal staff did not have fully executed oaths on file. As the Chair of The Franchise Tax Board’s (FTB) Board of Directors, Malia Cohen did not make them sign oaths. A few executives have left since then, but I haven’t been able to check the oaths of their replacements as FTB started unlawfully redacting oaths to hide whether they’ve been signed/witnessed or not.
From 5:50 – 11:40, I explain FTB’s “Education and Outreach Program,” where they pay NGOs to hunt down illegals and talk them into getting Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITIN), which makes them legal in the eyes of California (the federal government does not recognize these state issued ITINs as legitimate). Then the NGO has them file a tax return to get a tax credit and signs them up for any other state welfare benefits they may qualify for. The program began in 2018, was codified by the legislature in 2022, and in 2023, they cut the funding from $20 million per year to $10.5 million per year.
At 11:40, I mentioned a speech given by the United Way of California bragging to FTB that they were able to increase the number of migrants that they signed up for Individual Tax Identification Numbers (ITINs) by 25%. She hinted that if FTB restored the funding, they could sign up even more migrants.
At 13:30, I talked about how back in 2016, I started making allegations that FTB was using gross incompetence as a cover for their bona fide criminal schemes. In March 2023, FTB admitted that it was falsely imposing penalties as a result of customer service failures. They gave themselves a $25.23 million budget increase to improve service. In June 2025, FTB disclosed that they were still having customer service failures.
At 17:50, I mentioned that it is required by law for FTB to give you your records upon request. Here are instructions on how to request your own data. To request general public records, you simply need to send an email to FTBDisclosureOffice@ftb.ca.gov.
At 21:15, I read off the updated information that I received in response to California public records requests that I’d made: September 2024 didn’t say much. In October 2024, FTB disclosed that they’d hired more 46 people, increasing the mainline customer service staff by 8%, the tax practitioner (people who only deal with CPAs, not regular taxpayers) staff by 34% and the collections staff by 1%, and in May 2025. The May 2025 response didn’t say much, but more info is supposed to be coming.
At 23:30, I mentioned current wait times are not the 12-minutes that was claimed in their May 2025 presentation. Screenshots of FTB’s wait times/processing times taken on June 2 at 8:39 am: For the mainline number, it was a 2 hour, 50-minute hold time for calls and 48 day processing time for correspondence sent via mail or fax. For business collections, it was a 3 hour hold time for phone calls, 144 days processing time for correspondence sent by mail or fax. And remember, FTB disclosed at the meeting that they only answer 47% of calls, so statistically speaking, it is likely that the customer service agent that they transfer you to after that long hold will “accidentally” disconnect you.
Note: I am not suicidal, I don’t have depression issues, I am a careful driver, I rarely drink alcohol, and I do not use drugs of any kind (not even aspirin). My family lives a wholesome life. If something happens to me or my family that is out of character for us, we were set up by the State of California as revenge for exposing their crimes.
