Thank you for this information and all that you accomplish here! I am looking for the copy of the letter used for requesting the UCC 11 (Sample A), but cannot find it. I will be following your steps to release a fraudulent FTB lien that was filed. Thank you for your help, I appreciate the volume of research and work you have done and share with all of us.
The sample letters are all the way down at the bottom, so just keep scrolling until you see them. As an FYI, you used to have to click on the thumbnail to open the document, but I just changed the link, so hopefully it goes straight to the document now.
I never had a lien filed against me, so I have not tried this myself. I got the information from someone else who tried it. As an FYI, he never really got anywhere with his lien removal, but he also gave up when he hit walls in the bureaucratic system. The trick with navigating bureaucracy is: when you hit a wall, keep escalating up.
