The OTA verdict was not due until the end of November, but the judges issued it almost a month early. The fact that the verdict was released early was insider info until early December. This screen shot shows that I was harassed by someone on Reddit in mid-November. As he harassed me, he urged me to post the verdict that he knew I had already gotten in the mail. He denied vehemently that he was employed by a government agency, but the only way he could have known about the verdict is if he worked for the FTB or OTA.
The Office of Tax Appeals had 90 days to issue a verdict, and they issued mine a month early. However, the information about the early verdict did not become public knowledge until December 2019. In this thread from November 2019, a user called me an asshole, an entitled bitch and an unbridled cunt. I know it had to be an FTB or OTA employee because he knew that my OTA verdict had already been issued and he was prodding me to publicly post the verdict.
